Screen-Free Week is an annual celebration that takes place the first week of May in homes, schools, and communities throughout the world. Participants pledge to spend a week without entertainment screens and instead enjoy offline time with family and friends – reading, playing, exploring, gardening, hiking, crafting, cooking, and more. Prior to the pandemic, over 150,000 individuals celebrated, and we hope to continue our programming in Covid-safe ways this year and to restore participation as time goes on.
