The growing movement to hold tech companies accountable is falling short when it comes to protecting one of Big Tech’s most vulnerable targets: young children ages birth through 5.

Fairplay’s newest white paper, “Big Tech’s Youngest Targets: A Call to Protect Early Childhood from Exploitative Business Practices,” exposes the various tactics used by the tech industry to harm young children and calls on advocates, educators, and lawmakers to protect young kids by organizing around a shared agenda for change.

JOIN OUR EARLY CHILDHOOD WORK GROUP

The Screen Time Action Network at Fairplay is a global collaborative of practitioners, educators, advocates, and parents working to reduce excessive and harmful screen use in childhood and keep kids safe online. Our Early Childhood Work Group brings together educators and advocates working to create programs, projects, and resources that help teachers, childcare providers, and parents identify the risks of screen use in early childhood environments.
